It been long I wanted to attending these workshop, and finally on the 30th June, Saturday morning, my big boy and me had a wonderful opportunity to participate in the fun Chocolate Workshop at Bagus, Klang. Class started at 10.30am and end around 4.30pm. With the small crowd including my son, the session was fun and we really enjoy the learing programme with Chef Chee Seng.
Here we go, slowly pouring the melted chocolate into the mould and Shafiq still stir the chocolate to cool it before its goes to his mould.....
These was the cholate which I tried at home with a different filling, a strawberry filling.... its tasted so good and nice....
The Paraline chocolate, Truffle chocolate, and chocolate fudge..... these chocolate was made during the workshop
The experimental home made chocolate after the workshop..... marvelous and febulos yummy.....
A very interesting filling! its strawberry chocolate, and its melting when u had a bite on it you could get the strawberry smell and teste immediately...... its rich, its delicious and its yummy.....
Seronok bila hasrat yang terpendam sedari tahun lalu terlaksana, biar pun aku terpaksa untuk berbelanja lebih untuk aku dan Shafiq namun aku puas to spend my time with him. Sebenarnya anak-anak semuanya memang penggemar chocolate, bila dapat chocolate memang berebut-rebut. Sekarang bila Mama dan Abang dah pandai buat chocolate, makanya sudah tidak menjadi masaalah lagi..... boleh buat sendiri dan tak perlu membeli, bukankah ini menjimatkan? Chocolate day and nite pun tak apa..... tapi kena ingat ya, jangan terlalu banyak kerana ia juga tidak elok untuk kesihatan.... biar orangnya saja yang manis jangan sampai kencingnya juga manissss.......... :)
