02.05.2009 (Saturday) - MSSD (Majlis Sukan-sukan Daerah) Taekwando tournement will be held at SMTAR (Sekolah Menengah Agama Tengku Ampuan Rahimah), Sg. Manggis. Almost all the STC special class students are selected to participate. Include Hani, she will be one of them.... she has to go for training and to fit herself to win at least a medal.... For STC (Saujana Taekwando Centre) every time they participates... for sure they will brough back a few medals. To Hani we hope she could really perform to show her capability and good performance and fights..... At now she is trying to maintain her weight and did all the training required for the MSSD... Her target to keep her weight to 45kg, 19.4.2009 her weight was 48kg another 3kg to reduce! We are giving all the support for her to go for the MSSD and pray to Allah for her success hope she could atleast win a medal.....
